Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1 Age Requirement
Membership is open exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Event participation may be restricted to 18+ or 21+ based on the nature of the event.

1.2 Background Eligibility
Applicants listed on any U.S. state sex offender registry or a community deny list, as recognized by the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom and its affiliates, are subject to disqualification from membership.

1.3 Information Accuracy
Members must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity, age, and status. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate and permanent expulsion from The Autonomy Project and potential legal consequences.

1.4 Information Sharing for Safety
The Autonomy Project reserves the right to share the personal information of rejected applicants with other community organizations for the purpose of maintaining community safety.

2. Ticketing & Membership Policy

2.1 Non-Transferability
All tickets and memberships are non-transferable. Tickets are tied to the member who purchased them and cannot be resold, gifted, or transferred to another party. Any attempt to circumvent this policy may result in the termination of the associated membership, ticket(s), and account.

2.2 Ticket Registration and ID Verification
To ensure the safety and security of our community, all event tickets must be registered under the legal name that appears on the attendee’s government-issued ID. A valid government ID matching the name on the ticket must be presented at the door for entry.

2.3 Preferred Name Policy
We respect your privacy and identity. While your ticket must be registered under your legal name for verification purposes, you may update your Autonomy Project account to include both your preferred name and legal name. Our team will never deadname or violate your privacy—this information is strictly for safety and verification purposes.

2.4 Event Entry and Membership-Only Events
Doors open at the time listed on the event page. Some events may have limited ticket availability at the door, while others require pre-registration. Certain events are restricted to members only, while others may be open to non-members. Please check event details within your dashboard before attending.

2.5 Waitlist Policy
For sold-out events, a waitlist may be available. Waitlist spots are first-come, first-served, and do not guarantee entry. If a ticket becomes available, waitlisted members will be notified via email or their Autonomy Project dashboard. Members must claim their ticket within the designated timeframe, or it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Agreement
By purchasing a membership, the member agrees to an automatically renewing subscription, with recurring payments due per the selected frequency (monthly, annually, etc.).

3.2 Payment Authorization
Members authorize The Autonomy Project to charge the subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes, at the commencement and for the duration of the subscription period.

3.3 Subscription Continuation
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the prevailing rate unless terminated by the member or The Autonomy Project. The Autonomy Project reserves the right to modify subscription terms and fees at its discretion.

3.4 Recurring Charges & Non-Payment
Members consent to periodic charges for the subscription, which will continue until the member cancels the subscription or changes the payment method. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension, cancellation, or termination of services. Members are liable for all charges incurred until the account is settled or closed. The Autonomy Project retains the right to pursue the collection of all unpaid amounts, including associated costs.

3.5 Non-Refundable Nature of Payments
All payments made to The Autonomy Project are non-refundable, except at the discretion of The Autonomy Project leadership. Refunds, when granted, are subject to the leadership’s judgment and the specifics of the situation.

4. Termination

4.1 Voluntary Termination
Members may terminate their accounts at any time via the online system available in the Account Management section.

4.2 Involuntary Termination
The Autonomy Project reserves the right to terminate memberships or access to services at its discretion if a member is found in violation of any policies, engages in misconduct, or poses a safety risk to the community.

5. Communications Policy

5.1 Text & Email Notifications
By becoming a member or purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive transactional emails and texts related to your membership, event registrations, and account updates. These communications may include reminders, confirmations, and policy updates. You may opt out of promotional communications, but transactional messages are necessary for service continuity.

6. Site Content

6.1 Intellectual Property Rights
The Autonomy Project exclusively owns or holds licenses for all content, design, and materials on the site, excluding user-submitted content. This does not confer any ownership rights to the members.

6.2 Content Usage Restrictions
Members are prohibited from using, modifying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or licensing any site content without express written permission from The Autonomy Project. Members are permitted to access, view, and make single copies or prints of the site content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
